PROFESSOR ZAYNAB AKALI
Zaynab Alkali (born 1950 Tura-Wazila, Borno State) is a Nigerian novelist, poet, short story
writer. The first woman novelist
from Northern Nigeria, she graduated from Bayero
University Kano with a BA in 1973.
